Mortgage Administrator

We are a fast-growing Mortgage and Secured loan Brokerage in the centre of Sheffield and are looking to add an experienced Mortgage Case Manager/Administrator to our team. The key task of the role is to support the Mortgage Advisors in their day to day role.

Salary £25,000

37.5 hours p/w

The main responsibilities are:

  • Dealing with mortgage enquiries
  • Document checking and preparation and CRM management.
  • Communicating with customers, lenders and financial intermediaries as required
  • Managing own workflows
  • Managing post and incoming email correspondence
  • Handling telephone calls, e-mails and responding within required service standards
  • Supporting our team of office-based mortgage advisers and protection specialist.
  • Progressing mortgage applications, managing leads, and liaising with 3rd parties, clients and consultants.
  • Organising adviser diaries.
  • Diary and follow-up management on behalf of the senior management team and Directors.
  • Ad-hoc tasks deemed necessary by the Directors to make sure the business meets and upholds it’s committed regulatory and service standards.
